By placing an order with Elvys Sweets, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your order.


1. Orders & Confirmation

  • All orders must be placed in advance and are subject to availability.
  • An order is only confirmed once payment has been received in full (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
  • We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.


2. Payments

  • Full payment is required to secure your booking.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.
  • Payments are non-transferable to other dates unless approved by us in writing.

 

3. No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Change of mind
    • Event cancellation or postponement
    • Incorrect information provided by the customer
    • Failure to collect the order on time

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this strict no-refund policy.

 

4. Amendments & Cancellations

  • Any changes to an order (design, size, flavour, date) must be requested within a reasonable timeframe and are subject to approval.
  • Additional charges may apply for amendments.
  • Cancellations do not qualify for refunds or credits.

 

5. Collection & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for collecting their order at the agreed date and time.
  • Late collections may affect the quality of the product and are not our responsibility.
  • If delivery is arranged, we are not responsible for damage once the order has been safely delivered and accepted.

 

6. Product Care & Responsibility

  • Once the order has been collected or delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by improper handling, storage, transport, or exposure to unsuitable temperatures.


7. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • While we take care in preparing our products, all items are made in a kitchen that may handle common allergens including (but not limited to) nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and soy.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering.
  • We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product.

 

8. Design & Decoration

  • While we aim to replicate requested designs as closely as possible, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
  • Colours may vary slightly from reference images due to lighting, ingredients, or printing limitations.


9. Photography & Marketing

  • We reserve the right to photograph our products and use images for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

 

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By placing an order with Elvys Sweets, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
